Tim Burningham has over twenty-five years of experience in the healthcare industry.  During his career he has led many successful initiatives, programs, and healthcare teams and has served in leadership positions such Executive Director, Area President, and CEO. Currently Tim serves as the Chief People Officer at Impact Healthcare, Inc. He is also author of several leadership books including How Leaders Can Strengthen Their Organization’s Culture and Be An Awesome Boss!  As Chairman of the Board of Impact Cares, Tim oversees all the administration, programs, and strategic plan of the charity. Tim has an MBA with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration and his passion for helping others, especially those in the healthcare community, is contagious.    

Danica Whiting has an MBA in Healthcare Management and currently contributes to the organization’s culture and financial success of Impact Healthcare as the Service Center Director.  

From a young age, Danica learned the value of service from her parents as she watched them care for others in their personal and professional lives. She’s passionate about helping people and experiencing care from a new lens during her mom’s long battle with a lung disease made healthcare personal and solidified why she wanted to be part of organizations determined to make a positive impact.  

Starting as an aide in an assisted living facility and most recently leading back-end operational support, Danica has been serving the healthcare industry for fourteen years.  

Terra Thomas has over twenty-five years of experience in healthcare, bringing a wealth of knowledge in patient care, sales, and business development to the Impact Cares Board of Directors. She currently holds the position of Senior Director of Patient Care Services at Forest Park Hospice in Portland, Oregon, where she oversees all aspects of care delivery. With a strong background in hospice services, Terra is committed to providing compassionate support to individuals facing life-limiting conditions.   Terra's international experience, having lived and worked in Japan and England, has equipped her with a profound understanding of healthcare delivery across different cultures. This unique perspective enables her to effectively engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds. In addition to her professional endeavors, Terra has dedicated her life to giving back to others through her work and active involvement with various nonprofit organizations. She is passionate about making a positive impact on her community.  Terra holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Boise State University and is a Registered Nurse.
